Our machine allows you to obtain housing for hinges and the relevant fittings to insert them. Thanks to this versatile device, even small companies can save time, without investing in an expensive machine. This solves the problem of hinge and fitting mountings, in line boring, as well as any other boring operation for furniture hardware.

The boring unit can be quickly replaced, thus allowing the machine to be fitted with different types of hinges in a few seconds.

Characteristics

The standard version of this machine is complete with a 4 spindle boring unit, adjustable rear shoulder, pre-set stops, allowing the utmost precision and absolute repeatability in boring and insertion operation, boring depth adjustment device, and electric switch with overload cut-out and hinge box. Low rear shoulder to allow the sliding of panel, even with hinge mounted. Also included is insertion matrix provided with magnets and grub screws to ensure a perfect holding of the hinge. The grub screws allow you to fit the matrix to a large number of different hinges.

Two different versions of the machine are available:

• HF/BP - bench automatic type
  The boring movements and insertion of the hinges and fittings are obtained by means of pneumatic power. This is operated by controls on the control panel. There is an air jet for removing wood shavings after each boring cycle. The boring speed during operation is adjustable. This type of machine has no working bench.
• HF/A - automatic type with work bench
  The boring movements and insertion of the hinges and fittings are obtained by means of pneumatic power. This is operated by a foot pedal. There is an air jet for removing wood shavings after each boring cycle. The boring speed is adjustable. This model has the facility for dust extraction.
