Most orders will ship via UPS. You may choose from one of the following options:
Regular ground Prepaid to locations in the continental United States.
3 Day Select Freight charges apply. Please call our office to receive a freight quote.
2nd Day Air Freight charges apply. Please call our office to receive a freight quote.
Next Day Air Freight charges apply. Please call our office to receive a freight quote.
LTL Freight Carrier Large orders may require a LTL freight shipment.
NOTE: The size and weight of your purchase are factors that help us determine the most efficient delivery method. All closet rods require the use of LTL freight services, charges may apply.
Alaska and Hawaii Delivery
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii require special delivery quotes, please call our customer service department at 800.231.9522 or 919.542.6300, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm EST.
Can you ship outside of the United States?
Yes. The shipping area includes United States, Canada, Mexico, Central America, South America and the Caribbean. Please note that any applicable duties and taxes will be handled through the carrier’s (UPS or Fed-Ex) own brokerage services.
Can orders be shipped to a PO Box?
UPS does not provide delivery to a PO Box.
When will my order ship?
Within 48 hours of receipt of order unless otherwise noted in the confirmation email. Tracking information will be sent once the order has shipped
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when you complete the payment step on our online store.

NOTE: Wood Technology cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by inclement weather or disruptions in service caused by carrier.
What if my shipment is damaged?
If the package arrives in obvious poor condition (i.e. carton ripped open, crushed cardboard, obvious abuse, etc.), please refuse the shipment and call our customer service department at 800.231.9522 or 919.542.6300. We will make arrangements to send out a replacement shipment. If you do accept the shipment and find the contents damaged upon inspection, please call our customer service department within 72 hours of receipt for further instructions.
What if I receive a wrong order or item?

Why am I receiving the order in separate boxes?
Depending on the size of your order and availability, it may be necessary to ship the order in separate boxes.
If I am local, can I arrange to pick up my order?

What is your return policy?
Goods may be returned for a refund (minus all shipping costs) within 30 days of delivery. Customers wanting to return goods must call our customer service department at 800.231.9522 or 919.542.6300 for a Return Goods Authorization number. Goods must be returned complete in the original packaging and are subject to inspection upon return. Please refer to our Return Goods Policy in the Terms and Conditions.
