Orders for $50.00 or more receive free standard shipping to the Contiguous USA (Alaska and Hawaii excluded). Expedited shipping options are also available for a fee. Orders less than $50.00 will be charged shipping based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

Yes. Our shipping area includes the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central America, South America and the Caribbean. Please note that any applicable duties and taxes will be handled through the carrier’s (UPS or Fed-Ex) own brokerage services.
United States Postal Service (USPS) will deliver to a PO Box. UPS can not.
Within two business days of order receipt unless otherwise noted in the confirmation email. Tracking information will be sent when the order has shipped.
Your credit card will be charged when you complete the payment step of your online order.
USPS First Class Mail: 3 to 10 business days after shipment of order (can not be guaranteed)
USPS Priority Mail: 1 to 3 business days after shipment of order
UPS Ground: 1 to 6 business days after shipment of order
UPS 3 Day Select: 3 business days after shipment of order
UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days after shipment of order
UPS Next Day Air: Next business day after shipment of order
Note: A tracking number is sent to customers when their order ships. Wood Technology cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by inclement weather or disruptions in service caused by the carrier
Goods may be returned for a refund (minus all shipping costs) within 30 days of delivery. Please call our customer service department at 800.231.9522 or 919.542.6300 for a required Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Goods must be returned complete in the original packaging and are subject to inspection upon return. Returns are not possible for special order, non-stock, obsolete, or made-to-measure goods.
If the package arrives in poor condition (i.e. carton ripped, crushed cardboard, obvious abuse, etc.), please refuse the shipment and call our customer service department at 800.231.9522 or 919.542.6300. We will make arrangements to send a replacement shipment. If you do accept the shipment and find the contents damaged upon inspection, please call our customer service department within 72 hours of receipt for further instructions.

Depending on the size of your order and availability, it may be necessary to ship the order in separate boxes.
